Shipping and Returns

The shipping method chosen at checkout does not affect order processing time. Depending on the number of orders received at a given time, we may need as much as 72 hours to process and ship orders. Holidays may also affect order processing time. We always strive to process orders as soon as possible. Web-Exclusive items may require additional shipping time.

The prices on this website are for on-line sales only. Prices may be different in store.

Overnight orders received by 11am Pacific Time Monday through Thursday will normally ship the same day. There is no overnight shipping available on Fridays, since our carriers don’t support Saturday deliveries.

Note that not all shippers can deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

All sales are final. Tanks and power units are warrantied for manufacturer defects only, and reBreathe Vapor reserves the right to repair or replace defective items. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipment to reBreathe Vapor. If you suspect that an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of the date of sale and we will arrange an RMA. Items returned to us without an RMA will be discarded, and no replacement or repair will be offered. Items returned to reBreathe Vapor must be cleaned, in original packaging, and with removable batteries removed from the device.

For mixed-product orders, we will do our best to ensure that all items ship at the same time and in the same box. If we need to separate items into multiple boxes, you will not be charged additional shipping.
